This is a boutique builder who specialises in commercial, industrial and mid rise residential building with the projects ranging $5M to $20M.

Their success has been achieved by staff and client satisfaction. Their staff are provided with support and training along with a vibrant and relaxed work environment. As a result of a new project in East Perth due to start soon they are in need of Contracts Administrator.

In order to be successful for this role you will need the following:

• 3 + years of experience within commercial building
• Ability to co-ordinate sub-contract packages
• Good negotiations skills
• Ability to handle variations
